"Staff especially Maria was excellent! After complaining that the AC was not working, Maria contacted maintenance and promptly advised that further investigation is needed. She offered to change our rooms which we did. I left a makeup mirror in the old room and Maria retrieved it the next day. Maria was extremely helpful. Hotel location is in an excellent location close to many restaurants and transportation to airport and train station. We enjoyed our stay. Only improvements is to provide tissue paper and slippers for guests comfort."

"Great stay and perfect location close to the arena. Very close to a Dublin Express bus stop if you are coming from the airport. Small things would have made it even better for example room had no tissues - minor point but would have expected some in a hotel of this type. Breakfast was nice but food was not very hot which I know is really difficult when you are catering for so many people. These really are minor points and I would definitely stay at The Samuel again."
