Comfortable and Well-Appointed
The lobby was clean, warm, and welcoming and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was spotless and well-appointed. We didn’t have a room facing the bay, but we had a nice view of the field and little lakes on the opposite side of the resort. We enjoyed the view from the observation deck and we also enjoyed the space and games in the club room. We did not see or use the fitness center and it was just too cold and windy to try the pool and hot tub. We also did not eat any meals in the on-site restaurant. We could definitely stay here again.

Such a great stay. Staff were incredible and so friendly. We were upgraded to a larger suite without even requesting. Perfect getaway

I do like the location, right off the beach. The view of the pool with a personal BBQer was perfect. While checking in Bella was new but extremely kind and professional. The lady training her did a great job transitioning between Bella and myself to fill in the little details. On the flip side when I booked the room I was under the impression that we would be staying in the building next door. All the contact information was for the front desk at a beautiful intimate building. I ran into Paul at the front desk who didn’t not have me in the system for a stay. Then he directed me to the hotel next door. A bigger multiplex with a car full of my family I was in panic that I had been scammed I called the contact number from the app and it dialed Paul, the same front seat who didn’t have any reservations. Finally, I found a second lobby at the building next door. It was actually a condo at Worldmark by Wyndham. I had to go through the begging of going to one of their presentations. I was asked to commit at check in and we received 4 phone calls to our room about attending. A few extra dishwasher soap, laundry soap and trash bags would be helpful.

the size of the rooms was great for 2 couples and allowed everyone some privacy. It was very clean and the view out at the ponds and trees was relaxing.

Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are dated but clean. Didn't like having to take all garbage and recyclables to the trash room and sort it.

My stay was horrible. I went to check in and was forced to another hotel. Due to a glitch they told me. I ended up in a last room in the hotel next store. With a view of a handicapped parking lot in a very Closter phobic channel. A smaller room than I had booked originally. A room without a stove. And the TV would not even face my bed. I would have left the same day I arrived. But couldn't leave due to not much sleep the day prior. Getting up at 1:15am. To go to work. And then leaving from work and heading 2 hours North. I felt trapped. And did not want to get in In a car accident it on my way home.
