“I stayed at the hotel and paid a credit-card deposit at check-in. However, the deposit has still not been released or refunded even after 20 days. I contacted the hotel twice regarding this issue, but received no response at all. I am leaving this review because the lack of communication and follow-up has been very disappointing.”

That’s the only thing is if you’re going with a friend or something, the shower is in the room and very open so we had to strategically move around to shower. That’s the only thing. The room is small, but it wasn’t terrible, we were not in the room that often. I will say the street that the hotel is on is cute and quiet but as soon as you step out of that area in Capitol Hill, there were more homeless people, a lot of college students out late and...
