“I reserved it for the price. But I would stay every time I go because the name describes it to a T. It is very clean (my specific thanks to the cleaning lady who works her tail off). It is quiet. And it is comfortable. Great communication whenever needed with the managers!”

“The property was lovely, but definitely not ADA compliant. Expect between 15-45 stairs to get to your room. I did not realize this was a rental property/AirBnB when booking through Expedia, and was expecting a hotel until I got hit up for an additional cleaning fee above and beyond what Expedia was charging for the room. ”

“The address was not right. It took me to a park. I found a second address and did walking directions and it took me to a neighborhood next to the park that did not have the address. I found a mail lady walking near by and even she couldn't locate it. They didn't answer their phone or text messages!!! Pretty sure it was a scam ”

“Property is very close to downtown and most of the tourist areas. Vincent is very friendly and he made sure we were comfortable. I love all the amenities specially that we were able to use the washer and dryer machine. Thank you for the hospitality.”

Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...
