“Amazing property and great staff”

“It was excellent. The food there was actually some of the very best that we had in all of Seattle. The breakfasts were delicious, as well as the cocktails and dinners.”

“Check-in takes long time. Marriott membership check-in is also handled by 1 staff, so it takes quite a while during peak times. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where more than 10 guests wait to check in and only 1 staff is assigned to the front desk. I experienced racism several times during my stay, I had never experienced during my long trip to the US. The male concierge(morning) was very helpful. “We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was over the top accommodating, letting us check in early and storing out luggage at checkout so we could take in the city. The pool and health club was terrific. Not one negative thing about our stay. We will return!”

“One of the towers had four elevators, but two appeared to be out of order, and another was not in operation. Everyone was inconvenienced while waiting for the elevators, and the response to the issue was not prompt. Despite a large conference happening nearby with many attendees, it didn’t seem like they were particularly concerned about the situation. However, the friendly and thorough housekeeping made the stay enjoyable.”
