"When we got there the air conditioner wasn't working. We did a fan but it did not help. We thought we had bought the breakfast when booking our stay but they said we didn't. We had to buy our own breakfast which was good. The bar staff was great. We told the hotel customer service about our experience and they said they would issue a discount but have not received credit on our account yet."
