Perfectly clean room, helpful friendly staff, nice breakfast, AC and heat was good. We didn't hear any of our neighbors and barely heard any street noise. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Hotel is ok. But I don’t recommend for people who are light sleepers. Rooms are very loud. You can hear everything from the streets. Also there are quite a few homeless surrounding the hotel.

The hotel room was exactly what we needed. I decent place to sleep and rest between what we had plan. It was walking distance from Pikes Place, the Pier, stadiums, and the International area. If you don't like driving downtown too much, we parked once and walked every place we wanted to go. The hotel is an older building so it is a little run down, more from age than neglect. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely use this hotel again when we stay in Seattle.

Staff was wonderful! Helped me with an early check-in as well as giving me tips on how to get to a few different places. Room was small but clean (1 dbl bed) all normal amenities were present. Breakfast was great, plenty of grab and go items which was exactly what I needed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed daily breakfast - good variety, including waffle maker. Our last day we had to leave before breakfast hours and they helpfully had to-go bags made up. Very conveniently located In Pioneer Square across from the waterfront area. Pioneer Square has many coffee shops, bookstores, bars and restaurants. We love staying there.
