“The room was clean, the A/C worked great, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was smaller than we expected and there’s no hot tub, but the kids absolutely loved it. The American breakfast plates were generously portioned—three were enough to feed our whole family (4 kids and 2 adults), which was a nice bonus. The decor was cute and the overall vibe of the place was warm and welcoming.”

“One of the worst trip. When checked-in, I heard that the room will be made up every other day, but the first room make-up was on fifth day even I claimed on fourth night. After the trip, I could find there was a card transaction in the hotel from card history which I have not been informed and I need to clarify with them, I am not sure how long it will take to clear. I do not recommend to my friends”

While the hotel justifies this charge, citing services like internet access, Netflix streaming, and a welcome drink, I believe these should already be included in the standard hotel rate.
