"This hotel lobby is not located on the ground level but several levels up and there is construction going on so the signage is very confusing. We arrived early and our assigned room was not ready? So we were given a corner room with a VERY small bathroom that was difficult to move around in. There were no other KING bedrooms with a normal size bathroom available? We found this out when we saw a door open to a cleaned bedroom! Once you understand the hotel set up, it is fine. The bellhop, Sam, was wonderful! "

"Great hotel in a central, walkable location. The front desk staff were fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, in excellent condition, and worked as it should. It felt safe and the green street and dog park made it feel like a neighborhood. Lots of people started here and departed for a cruise; we were here for sightseeing and this was a good choice to be able to explore multiple areas. Staff gave great recommendations for Biscuit B*tch and Ludi’s."

"Basically Tyler was great. Most of the staff was rude. Shower rod falling off the wall. Supposed to clean every other day, didn’t clean for four days. Probably would avoid this property in the future. I’m Diamond with Hilton and this was the first Marriott branded property I’ve stayed at in years. Wasn’t compelling for the brand for sure. The breakfast buffet they want to charge $22 a day for is basically the same the Hampton across the street has for free. Coffee was good though. I give it credit for that. And again Tyler at the front desk was a credit to the property. Truly the only one. "
