"We’ll I didn’t actually stay at the place and it seems like a nice property when I booked the actually property I did all required forms and payment and well after doing it, the informed me they had ddouble booked the property. And on top of that they said they could do nothing at all to help. Totally just getting stonewalled by them not even apologizing but saying we willl not help you at all you have to get the refund from hotels.com and it wasn’t so much about the refund just the way it was...

"My family and I had a wonderful stay here.The owners were extremely communicative about the rules , keys , etc.The apartment was clean & had plenty of room for our family of 5 .. as well as most amenities that may be needed during the stay. The accessible gym & rooftop access were nice as well. And we were within walking distance for all the activities we had planned for our weekend. Having a place to park was nice too. Great place to stay from start to finish . "

"Séjour parfait. Appartement spacieux, moderne, décoré avec goût, climatisé, très bien équipé avec une grande télé disposant d'une bonne réception de plateforme comme Netflix , Amazon, Disney...Tout était parfait et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Comme l'écrivent souvent les Américains, "a little gem". Le seul petit bémol serait le manque de clarté du fait que l'appartement est en demi sous-sol mais cela reste largement positif et vous pouvez le réserver les yeux fermés."

"The entire staff was incredible — everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with the added bonus of complimentary bikes available for guests, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The rooftop was clean and inviting — a great spot to relax and hang out with friends. Housekeeping went above and beyond, always making the bed and restocking utensils, cups, and toiletries whenever needed or requested. It truly felt like they cared about the guest experience. Getting to the hotel was also super convenient. We took the subway from the airport to the downtown area, and it was just an easy 8-minute walk from there. The city was very bike- and scooter-friendly, with plenty of bike lanes, which made getting around a breeze. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I’ll definitely be booking with them again the next time I visit Seattle! "
