“Vince was an excellent host, and Kelli was a highly responsible greeter. The apartment was clean, cozy, and spacious enough for two people. The abundance of great restaurants and cafes nearby was a definite plus, and the location was conveniently close to major tourist attractions. If I visit Seattle again, I would definitely stay here again! However, there were a couple of downsides: the living room didn’t have blinds, which made me feel self-conscious about people across the street possibly...

“Do not book here. They are extremely dishonest and will charge a huge security deposit for made up lies. In our case, they said “they could not find the parking pass” that I had already returned along the keys. They will say they will release the deposit in 5 days, and then not do it, charge it, and after the fact, they will say “they could not find the pass.” They could have had cleaners or other people lose it but will blame you, despite you confirming and sending them proof you had returned...

“We had a terrible experience at this property and checked out next morning instead of staying 3 days. I will try listing everything, but I'm sure I'll miss something: 1) Property mng (or owner) provided door code, but not the unit number (it's a large old multi-store building); when I texted him that we were inside the building, he stated he was on the phone 2) I had to ask for WiFi pass as it is not assumed/listed as "free wifi" 3) The place is poorly maintained: 3.1 in need of a paint job 3.2...

“The place is located in a quiet and safe area, close to the subway and supermarket. It was very clean and the host was really kind. The downside is that noise can be heard between rooms. ”
