“This property was way overpriced for what condition it is in. The apartment doesn’t have a lot of free space, only the bed and a couch. The couch was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever been on. The springs are all you feel when sitting on it, the cushions provide no support. The blinds on the windows stick way out and allow light in at night because the ac vent goes through the window. If light at night bothers you, beware. The place could be cleaner. “Do not book here. They are extremely dishonest and will charge a huge security deposit for made up lies. In our case, they said “they could not find the parking pass” that I had already returned along the keys. They will say they will release the deposit in 5 days, and then not do it, charge it, and after the fact, they will say “they could not find the pass.” They could have had cleaners or other people lose it but will blame you, despite you confirming and sending them proof you had returned...

I will try listing everything, but I'm sure I'll miss something: 1) Property mng (or owner) provided door code, but not the unit number (it's a large old multi-store building); when I texted him that we were inside the building, he stated he was on the phone 2) I had to ask for WiFi pass as it is not assumed/listed as "free wifi" 3) The place is poorly maintained: 3.1 in need of a paint job 3.2...
