“The place is located in a quiet and safe area, close to the subway and supermarket. It was very clean and the host was really kind. The downside is that noise can be heard between rooms. ”

“The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real....

“Vince was an excellent host, and Kelli was a highly responsible greeter. The apartment was clean, cozy, and spacious enough for two people. The abundance of great restaurants and cafes nearby was a definite plus, and the location was conveniently close to major tourist attractions. If I visit Seattle again, I would definitely stay here again! However, there were a couple of downsides: the living room didn’t have blinds, which made me feel self-conscious about people across the street possibly...

“Once I booked the instructions for my get away was emailed to me. Danielle made it super easy by texted me the information needed to enter the condo. This place is a great location. 5 mins away from Starbucks reserve for you coffee drinkers and walking distance to space needle, pike marrket, Lumen stadium, Tmobile stadium, and more. We walked everywhere and the only time we got an Uber was to get some groceries to the condo since you can cook there. ”

“This property was a dream come true. It has a truly spectacular view. I appreciated the supply of basic necessities so we didn’t have to buy them. The location is ideal and within easy walking distance of so many things. The parking was secure and safe. I would stay here again any time!”
