“This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean.
