"Front desk was great and so helpful. We had a mobility scooter delivered to the hotel (from a local company), and they cheerfully received it and kept it by the desk till we could get it. We needed to have a UPS package picked up by UPS and they held it till the truck arrived.
The Bistro restaurant was great, especially for breakfast.
The room was sufficient and comfy. I liked having a couch in the room. Lighting wasn’t great. Street noise was sometimes a bit much with police/ambulance sirens a common occurrence. Pioneer Square is a convenient spot, and a quick walk to the waterfront. We used public transportation and were glad to be within walking distance of the light rail and buses. We also took the Sounder to Tacoma, but took a Lyft to that station. Our favorite dinner spot was “Damn The Weather” which was an easy walk. All in all the hotel was nice but not fancy, and fit our budget."
