"Very friendly desk staff but be prepared to use self check-in and self checkout kiosks. Room was kind of interior with back B of building views but configuration added sound proofing from street noise. Good shower and newly refurbished room. Great location for walking Seattle. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and their staff!! Alex was amazing and went out of her way for us one early morning with much needed coffee. Rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. I wish I could remember everyone’s name because they were all wonderful. I highly recommend. And you MUST go across the street and up just a bit to General Porpoise for the most amazing donuts. Thank you for a great trip!"

"I enjoyed the modern facilities and location. Staff were great. New rooms that are a little smaller than other hotels, but the use of space was extremely efficient and it was a really comfortable stay. Smart devices for everything that could be controlled with my phone. No iron in the room but there was an ironing station on each floor. I felt very safe traveling alone. The area was walkable even late at night and many local attractions such as pike place market and waterfront. Close to free waterfront shuttle and public transportation. Would stay again"

"We liked the secure underground parking and the proximity to Climate Pledge Arena. The bed was comfortable and we didn't notice any street noise. This will be our first choice any time we are attending an event at Climate Pledge. "
