Bellevue, Seattle hotel rooms at the Kimpton Hotels

"I have stayed here many timess and always had really nice experiences with staff. Then this last time, they were going through some kind of system change and they needed us all to come down to the front desk to give a new form of payment and get keys that work. I waited 15 minutes at the front desk and the front desk attendant returned and was quite rude to me. I didn't appreciate that. I could tell she was stressed out and frazzled but I don't understand that kind of attitude, particularly when I wasn't asking for anything. I was asked to come down by them with a note outside my door that I didn't see until I was outside of my room. So I was not prepared to see the public. I wasn't wearing a bra. I was planning to get ice and return. Just poor customer service and general human consideration. "

"The place is a little older, but very clean and well maintained. Comfy rooms, and great atmpsophere."

"The front desk was helpful, Valerie especially helpful to us. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet and relaxing at night. The lobby was equipped with plenty of comfortable seating and snacks the start the day."

"staff is very nice and accommodating. we were traveling with a large dog and they are very kind and the property makes that easy. pet rooms have no carpet which is good but the rooms are a little tired but prices are reasonable and location worked well for us."

"Ana was very helpful in booking our airport shuttle. She went out of her way to help us book the shuttle. The man who help us check in, not so much. When I asked him how to book the shuttle, he just pointed to a computer screen in the lobby. "
