"Very clean property. Check-in was easy however the lady was short with me and asked why I didn’t book directly with them instead of Expedia. In all my life I have never been asked that. The room was very clean and a great size. Buffet breakfast had several options from cereal to eggs and waffles. Negatives that are noted in other reviews, it is by the freeway. Given this unfortunately even in the middle of the night you can be woken up by a loud motorcycle etc. Additionally the A/C unit is extremely loud every time it turns on. If you are a light sleeper I would look elsewhere. Otherwise a great hotel."

"Hotel staff was excellent; the swimming pool and hot tub were both clean. The included breakfast buffet was excellent; nothing like the usual mass-produced garbage typically seen. Lots of parking. The hotel bar was nice. All of the washing machines and dryers worked, and the prices were not extortionistic."

"We had really great stay. Bed was really comfortable and the room and the entire hotel was very clean. We had two different encounters at the check in, the first employee we encountered when we checked to see if we could check in a bit early was unhelpful, unpleasant and brisk. However, when we came back a little bit later the gentleman who helped us was the total opposite. He was incredibly pleasant, helpful and accommodating."

"very nice hotel except the location in downtown Bellevue is a weird, "Twilight Zone" the experience: there are a bunch of tall building in the core center f downtown Bellevue but you see almost no human life walking around...a very weird and surreal place to be."
