"We arrived early and used the luggage storage service and parking. Staff were great and took care of everything. Parking for check in can be a little tricky if there are multiple people arriving at the same time. But, we didn’t have any issues. Although you must pay additional for parking, you are in downtown Seattle and you could pay much more on your own. Area does have some homeless issues, but so does any area of Seattle. But, the doors are locked at night with on site security checking for any issues. Overall the hotel is very clean and is in very good condition. Bed was comfortable, shower was warm, and everything is in walking distance. I will stay here again if traveling to Seattle."

"Presidential suite is massively huge, but outdated decor. Its very well priced though. I've stayed in the same suite on two separate occasions a year apart, and one of the light switches in the bathroom has been broken for over a year now. The mattress was very lumpy, old and uncomfortable. The suite was very hot, and hard to get it cool so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open. They didn't leave any extra bedding for the sleeper sofa, so we had to call down for that. The elevator railings looked as if they hadnt been cleaned in 20 years. They lobby and the rest of the hotel looked clean. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent!"
