“Lincoln at the front desk was extremely fantastic and made sure we were taken care of. When we got to our room, it was on the first floor looking out at the parking lot. When I made my reservation through Expedia, I made sure to select a room with a water view. Lincoln was able to accommodate us with a water view without any issues, and we only waited 30 minutes for the new room to be ready. Our room had a balcony and it was absolutely perfect! “Spacious kitchen and living room areas. Bedroom and couch w/hide a bed were very comfortable. Had a full-size refrigerator with ice and water in the door. Exceptionally clean and decorated with antique furniture that added to the charm. Also had a view of Birch Bay from our Lanai. Will definitely stay there again!”

“The hotel is in a great location! Plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants right there. We arrived late and the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating to what we needed. The hotel is older but nice. Our room was great for what we needed. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the bathtub was slow draining which is kinda yucky.”

“This is a unique property. The room was very spacious with a wonderful view of the bay. It seemed that there had been a remodeling. Where there had once been a refrigerator and microwave were now empty spaces and a locked courtesy refrigerator was installed instead. Despite the faact that the property was on the edge of the bay there were train tracks tucked bewtween the hotel and the bay pier. According to my wife the train passed every hour during the night. “Room was clean and neat. I like the little kitchen with fridge and induction stove. Toilet and bath was clean. Staff is accommodating. Would love to come back in the future with family & friends. Location is perfect, i love the body of water overlooking from my window. Blaine is a nice little town and people are very friendly. 👍👍”

“It needs to be updated. The outlets are so old that my charger was falling out of the wall, the bathroom walls appeared to be vinyl flooring nailed to the bathroom walls. The only way to watch TV was to sit sideways on the bed since it was 90 degrees to the bed. Also it would be nice to have some kind of shower caddy in the shower to hold the shampoo and soap. Bed squeaked every time I moved. Also was very poorly lit. I was expecting Anthony Perkins to jump out and stab me at any moment. Won't...

“The grounds were open and welcoming and the lodging was comfortable, clean and had an intriguing Japanese/modern decor. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked & there was an assortment of teas available. The hosts were amazing and breakfast was delicious, including home made jams & gluten free muffins & individual frittatas served in our room. A short walk up to the arboretum from this scenic and nature focused neighborhood made it an awesome stay!”
