"Every detail of my stay at the Lotte was exceeding my expectations by a whole lot. Melissa was an absolute delight, she offered me a different room from the original one I had booked, that would accommodate my needs perfectly and I’m very grateful for that. She truly made my birthday trip so much better!! Arthur, as well as the rest of the front desk staff, the bartenders, servers, porters, security etc., everybody was very kind and helpful. It definitely felt like a five star experience, and I can only recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. I had a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The interior design is stunning. "Clean spacious room, large bathroom with a bidet, yeah! They even provided nice and comfortable slippers for use while staying there. Would stay there again if my stay required to be downtown Seattle, as it was walking distance to a lot of things. Staff was very friendly, especially the bellstand."
