"When I arrived in my room it didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned. I found several alive and dead bugs in the room. The icing on the cake was when I went to go shower, the drain was clogged and the shower was dirty."

"Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again."
