Flawless experience from start to finish. Staff are amazing and super accomodating to any requests. The view is to die for if you have a lake-side room! Didn’t manage to use the pool or sauna, but I am sure they are amazing. This place perfectly executes all the little bits that make a stay memorable, especially little things like the accessories kit you get with thread and needles and buttons and face pads and the likes, little things like that make me recommend this place so highly. I also appreciated the healthy minibar that came with my room! If I am ever back in Bled, I will go there without a seconds’ hesitation and recommend others do too

Good experience to stay in a hotel which has more than a century, great breakfast that was served by the waiter, could choose more than 1 set of the breakfast The hotel is facing at lake Bled, quite chilled when you dine in the restaurant, but not very recommended to have the 4-course fine dining as it is expensive, only go with the free breakfast is enough

The view was beautiful and the staff were lovely! The food was also good. The rooms themselves were worn down - the mattress was awful, the shower would go from very hot to very cold and the balcony door was broken as well as hair in the shower upon arrival. The view is beautiful and this as well as the staff is the major selling point. I’d recommend for a one to two night stay but not for a longer period.

First of all the property is outdated however is clean. The staff some need training on hospitality. The restaurant staff were nice and also the manager on checkout. However the person who checked me in and later during the stay was rude and not accommodating. Felt like a bother.

Overall a very clean hotel and staff were so lovely and helpful! Only thing I would have to say about the room was that the balcony door was slightly broken and kept opening at the top as I think part of the hinge was off meaning bugs kept getting into the room. Thankfully not a lot of them did get in but was a bit annoying having to keep removing them. Other than that the room was very clean and was perfect- had everything you could need!
