This is a wonderful resort. The facilities are excellent. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. Our room was lovely. The food was brilliant. We would highly recommend this resort.

The Hotel was in a super location great food everyday new theme for food fresh and service was great staff very friendly especially Gigi and Vic. Free glass bottom boat trip and very helpful boathouse staff. Worth every penny for this superb holiday.

Nice location

The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The food is pretty good. Our room (one of the cheapest options) was a bit scruffy and not the best design (smelt a bit musty, hardly any leg room if you sit on the toilet!) but overall fine. Lots of food options nearby. Entertainment could be loud in the evening. Pool & beach areas are nice.

I was able to get a room at the last minute. I was quite satisfied with the clealiness and service provided. The check-in was done in a flash and the staff are very friendly. The food was in general excellent, especially the lunch. Will definitely cone again fir a longer stay. Thank you.

Great for large families. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We had such a relaxing wonderful time. Strongly recommended for nature lovers. Birds, dogs and sea creatures are all around. Open and bright. If you like snorkeling it is a must. It has the best spots on the island for diving and snorkeling. Nature reserve all around.

The property was a good 3 star hotel. Not fancy at all. We only stayed for one night. There was a lively bar across the street (The Spot). There was also live cultural entertainment at the hotel, which was awesome. The rooms are low average, but the location is conveniently located close to the airport (expect the occasional plane noise from close above). The breakfast is average, with the saving grace being the fresh omeletts.

Delicious food, seafood as well. White pool, very good for children. Kids club should be improved, it's almost non existent. Nice beach, lovely reef and wildlife, amazing live corals. For us not bad at all…food was great and some of the bar staff was very nice but some of them think they own the place and that is not good!!!! Very busy next door on the park but that is what it is. Our first time in blue bay and it was a choice? Most of the staff in the dining area was great specially the young man from India…very friendly and helpful well done Phianso !!!! Anastasia was very rud and have a lot to learn about customer service? Though in our opinion a good girl with a lot to offer.
