The reward is the wildlife along the way, and we were lucky enough to encounter some zebras. We chose a room with a private pool, which was absolutely beautiful and made our stay feel extra special. “The lodge was nice but it was in the middle of nowhere! We also felt we were ‘fleeced’ for our trip to Addo. Our friends were charged half what we were charged for their exact same game drive. We were taken from the lodge on a very uncomfortable 1.5hr drive in an old truck that did not even have air conditioning. ”
