“All staffs are friendly and supportive. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. Lobby area is very spacious, you can relax yourself. If I ever visit Dusseldorf again, I will stay here!!”

“We were pleasantly surprised with this room. It was small, but well kept with all the amenities we needed. It was secure although the window on our third floor room didn’t quite function properly. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it gets warm. There is no elevator and it is 5 rooms per floor. Watch your head as you go down as it has a low stairwell. It has nice modern decor. There was strong cigarette smell as we left in the morning, but none overnight. Wish they had...

It was a little inconvenient that the front desk had limited operation hours and that there were limited dining options in the neighborhood (no food delivery available via Uber Eats either), but still the friendly service overtakes these little inconveniences.
