“The property was great. Unfortunately, check in was problematic. I let the staff know I would be arriving after hours, they said it would be no problem. However, when I arrived to check in at the security office they had no record of my reservation. They had to contact someone with the management company and after a somewhat lengthy delay, I was finally given a townhouse for my stay. The security officer told me to connect with the property management office the next morning as I may need to...

“This was such a great place to bring our kids! The staff was friendly, the water park was great and the location is convenient to area attractions. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the tv remotes didn’t work very well, but overall we absolutely loved it. Would definitely come back!”
