“the facility looks great but the sound insulation is horrible! I spent one night( room #319) here based on geat reviews, the facts was peoples upstairs kept walking/jumping with heavy boots on, all night long!”

“If you want to stay in a college dorm with guests banging on walls, screaming at 2am and running through the halls drunk- choose this hotel. The bedsheets are extremely worn and should’ve been trashed 10 years ago. This hotel probably started as a 3.5 star but today is a 1 star.”

“This is my 2nd time staying here, rhe staff is friendly, everything is clean, the food is good, and i love the balcony view 😍”

“Amazing hotel and exceptional service! Margaritaville in Gatlinburg is fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the night entertainment. I will definitely be back! ¡Hotel increíble y servicio excepcional! Margaritaville en Gatlinburg es fantástico. “Room was clean and quiet.”

“Room was clean. Parking was good. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful!”

“Everything was perfect. I really enjoyed my trip.”

“We had a fantastic stay October 23rd to 27th. Centrally located but far enough away to be quieter. We were in building 4 so that probably helped. We did not take part in the free breakfast as it did tend to get crowded and we just wanted to head out anyway. The staff was SUPER friendly and the cleaning staff was unreal. If we go back we will stay here again.”

“I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, it was not available because it hadn’t been cleaned. I asked to have it cleaned, but there was no available staff to clean it, and there was no manager on site at the time I arrived. I chose the hotel because it offered what looked to be an accessible room. I am very unhappy that I did not get the room I booked.”

“I stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.”
