Everyone was welcoming and accommodating, and it is nestled up in the mountains in a beautiful historic hotel, hands-down one of my favorite getaways in Asheville.. "

"It was a little outdated. But it was still a great place. Lots of amenities. The staff was amazing. My only complaint is that there is only one microwave and it’s in the lobby. The rooms didn’t have a microwave. And the hotel had an odd smell. But everything else was perfect "
