Nice rooms. Huge bathrooms/shower/jetted tub. Good sized separate bedroom. Full kitchen. More like a timeshare unit than a hotel room. Balcony off the living room was great to sit outside in the morning and evening. Location and proximity to the Biltmore was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay was still a great time despite the rain throughout the week. Staff is informative and polite. The room was completely clean and furnished. The wifi did went out for a couple of hours but no harm on that. Would definitely come back for the stay

If you're looking for nice accommodations while you're traveling through Asheville this is a cozy place to stay. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants, Biltmore Estate and other places to sight see. The staff was excellent. They made you feel right at home. The only negative that I can say is the rooms are clean but definitely needed to sweep. The floors had dirt in the kitchen area and in the bathrooms. Maybe, the maid service forgot that step. I understand they have a lot of rooms. Also, the second bathroom was nice and big and had all of the conveniences of home, except the shower wouldn't drain properly so you were standing in water until you finished. Overall, it was nice and cozy.

This place is just great, with large rooms and nice beds. It has a nice kitchen with about everything you need to prepare anything you want. Location is in a good spot to get to and from. Big thanks to the hotel employees who were very nice!

The staff was very welcoming. The location is great! Close to some excellent restaurants and places of interest. It was unfortunate that the onsite restaurant was closed. The fireplace was inoperable due to a seasonal schedule. The staff did bring an extra blanket to compensate for the cold room. Both my husband and I stepped on a carpet tack between the bedroom and the hall. The carpet was frayed and didn't quite go all the way to the edge.

The unit was clean and well stocked, and I especially appreciated the events flyer and area map provided at check-in. The bed was comfortable, and the luggage trolley was a convenient touch. I also really enjoyed spending time out on the balcony. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
