“The staff was so kind and helpful! We loved the "old" feel of this historic hotel but it would not be ideal for those who prefer new and/or modern. The building is beautiful but does show its age in ways. The location is extremely convenient to Natural Bridge hiking and we enjoyed a lantern tour in the dark. “Easy check in process, clean and spacious room, great water pressure, could have had better pillows, and the A/C unit is a little confusing to understand but it works great once set. Fridge kept food and drinks cold and even refrozen ice packs in the top. Overall great stay!”
