“Large room. Pet friendly with no carpet. dog food, water and toys are available in the lobby. Breakfast had lots of choices. Close to many restaurants. Will stay again.”

“The first room we were put in was stinky, stains everywhere--on the floor, on the cloth covered bench, the bedspreads, the bedsheets. Horrible. We asked to change rooms, and it was better in the bedroom, but the bathroom was semi dirty. We survived the night, but will NEVER stay here again.”

“From the very beginning, the Balsam Mountain Inn sang to me. I'd never been here before. I wanted a bed and breakfast near the Blue Ridge Parkway; and, yes, something affordable. The Inn is a HALF MILE from the Parkway, and the price was right for our mid-week getaway. Such an interesting, historic place. Between Waynesville & Sylva. So relaxing!”
