Call the property before booking. We booked on Expedia a 2 queens and sofa sleeper room. When we arrived we were told that room doesnโt exist. Thankfully they werenโt fully booked and they accommodated us with a rollaway bed and a sofa sleeper. But it was a hassle. The beds were not comfortable. For the expense I would not stay here again.
From the time we stepped into the lobby, it felt like we were in a Caribbean resort. Staff was great, poolside service was awesome! We will be going back!
Loved the pool and slide, friendly staff, and quick to solve issues. We loved the options to get food on site (room service, coffee shop, bar area and pool side).

The valet guy was awesome! The front desk people were also very polite and everyone made our stay very pleasant.
The location of this property was very convenient. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. What it lacked was the Gatlinburg charm. The pool was small and the deck was narrow with minimal space to lounge or layout. Amenities were lacking especially for the $500 a night price.
The staff at check-in was very personable and professional. Also, when we were leaving and I was waiting for my husband to bring the car around, a staff member came by and asked if I needed ice for our Yeti. My husband had already taken care of that but it was so nice of the staff member to offer. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Gatlinburg Margaritaville resort and it's the only place I will stay in the future.
Right in the heart of Gatlinburg but once on the property a relaxing environment. I brought my daughter and grandkids and they loved the pool with slide and games on the patio. I loved the decor in the entire hotel. Our room had mini fridge, sink and microwave which helped us stay on budget by making lunch and snacks.
