"Gatlinburg has a lot of older hotels. I needed something newer to avoid mold, clean, quiet, and walking distance to downtown. This was a terrific stay for us - the room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, & all parts of the room were clean all around with a modern touch. We provided a quick check in and everything was a breeze. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area. "

"we stayed this past weekend, and it was the best visit. staff was supper nice and helpful. this place was always quiet. the room are really big i had a family 5 with me and 3 of them kids and it was a lot of room for all of us. The breakfast was good. very very close to shops and everything else. i like it a lot because you were 2sec walk to the strip, so it was loud outside or anything. the work took pride in the job and that hotel you can tell. 10/10 will be back // also i want to add the guy and the girl check us in Friday night were amazing she worked all weekend, and she was always very nice. she did amazing! "

"Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Nothing fancy, but good enough for us to crash out after long days. Parking is free, but can be very tight and I don't think there's actually a spot for every guest. If you get a good spot, don't leave, it won't be there when you get back!"
