"This place was worth every penny! This was my first ever all inclusive resort. I’ve been told what is included, but most of it seemed too good to be true, but this place delivered everything plus more. I cannot express how amazing this resort was. Food: The food was amazing. They have numerous restaurants which are all included in your package. The Italian & French restaurant were the best. The portion sizing are enough to fill you up, but not enough to make you feel disgusting. Each restaurant has a separate wine menu for an up charge, but they also offer house wines that are included in your stay. The buffets and lunch spots were always good too. Room service: Truly unlimited and the workers will place your stuff in a “secret” box that connects to your room. Super easy to order on the Hyatt app. The mini bar offers Coke, Coke Zero and 2 beers which is a lager and a Pilsner. The property is gorgeous and well kept. Everywhere you look looks like a picture on a post card. The people are beyond kind and will do whatever to make your trip better. If you want to kick your feet up and relax by the pool or by the ocean then this will be the place for you. The only negative we experienced was our room wasn’t ready until 4 pm (which wasn’t a big deal. We brought swim stuff in a backpack so we were drinking cocktails by the ocean and hardly noticed) and our TV didn’t work (we were only in the room to sleep or change). Highly recommend bring nice clothes (even nice pants). "

"The parking was easy and the hotel is in a lovely position surrounded by blue sea. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary bottles of water and a welcome rum punch or beer. We were also given an upgrade to a front facing room which was much appreciated. The super king sized bed was really comfortable. There was a large fridge, kettle and mugs provided, just take your own coffee. The shower had plenty of hot water. The air con unit is quiet and works well, it is peaceful and we slept really well. You get a lovely sunset which we enjoyed from the gazebo which is lit with fairy lights. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent in quality and the menus are really nice, although some of the ingredients may be missing (Greek salad minus the feta) The callaloo parcels were just divine! I wanted the chefs signature herb crusted chicken but was warned off by the waitress saying it would take an hour to cook. Instead we ordered chicken pasta and goat curry which then took over an hour and a half to arrive. By the time our main course arrived 2h after we’d initially sat down we were past wanting to eat much. The locals seem to know to order in advance so it is ready when they arrive. If we had stayed longer, we would have done that for breakfast and dinner. It was the only thing that we didn’t like, you do want to wait over an hour for breakfast."
