“There was some water damage in my room. On the base boards. Located in the bathroom. I had two house keeping ladies. One was horrible. She wasn't helpful, at all". While, the other one balanced out the first. The manager, I would rate him at 3. Very pitiful customer service. $71.00 was supposed to be refunded. Never got it. The kitchen and bar were great. I'll give them a 5 star. Over all this site has a awesome ocean view. At the rooftop.”

“Chambre propre, brouillant le matin côté route. Salle de sport avec 3 machines, 2 piscines”

“We are three girls who stayed for two weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned everyday and that was very nice. The food was allright, and the people who worked in the kitchen/restaurant was very welcoming and helpfull. The best part of the trip was the people who worked with enternainment and activities. We will like to thank Rider, Nick, Ousman, Diego, Erica, Etson, Alex, Awa, Momo, Will, and Frances who made our days funny and memorable with dancing, bingo, volleyball, card...

“Il personale è inesperto, nel momento dell’arrivo alla struttura mi hanno fatto pagare l’intero soggiorno anche se avevo già pagato online. Una volta che mi son resa conto dell’errore, ci è voluta una settimana per avere il rimborso, perché il personale non sapeva come fare. Il servizio non è da 5 stelle”

“Hotel is a disgrace , two tier with different guests ! Great staff great country ! Poor hotel”
