“There was some water damage in my room. On the base boards. Located in the bathroom. I had two house keeping ladies. One was horrible. She wasn't helpful, at all". While, the other one balanced out the first. The manager, I would rate him at 3. Very pitiful customer service. $71.00 was supposed to be refunded. Never got it. The kitchen and bar were great. I'll give them a 5 star. Over all this site has a awesome ocean view. At the rooftop.”

“Chambre propre, brouillant le matin côté route. Salle de sport avec 3 machines, 2 piscines”

“We are three girls who stayed for two weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned everyday and that was very nice. The food was allright, and the people who worked in the kitchen/restaurant was very welcoming and helpfull. The best part of the trip was the people who worked with enternainment and activities. We will like to thank Rider, Nick, Ousman, Diego, Erica, Etson, Alex, Awa, Momo, Will, and Frances who made our days funny and memorable with dancing, bingo, volleyball, card...

“Hotel is a disgrace , two tier with different guests ! Great staff great country ! Poor hotel”

The room is spacious and has basic amenities - washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There's also a swimming pool but I didn't request for it to be operational so it wasn't. It's close (walking distance if you don't mind walking) to the beach, restaurants and shops around. They can also get you in touch with a tour group if you'd like a day tour of the island. Note that you'd have to pay for air conditioning and an...

“Séjour incroyable au Riu Palace Boa Vista ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et le personnel est toujours aux petits soins. La nourriture est excellente, variée et il y a vraiment du choix à chaque repas. Les piscines sont superbes, parfaites pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. Un énorme bravo aussi à l’équipe d’animation, toujours souriante et pleine d’énergie. Maria est incroyable : elle met une ambiance de folie et rend le séjour encore plus spécial ! On a passé des vacances...
