"Staying at the Hyatt Zilara was okay. I think I expected a little more. We mostly ate on the Ziva side. The food was hit or miss but Mercado def always had something you could eat. The silent party was cool. Loved the shows and the movie nights. It was low season so the pools were low traffic the whole time I was there. I got a dirty look one day for asking if the bar was open at the Bongo Club Lounge. I mean I’m on vacay so it couldn’t hurt to ask but i didn’t need to be judged for it. Depending on the staff they acted as though ordering food by the pool was doing you a favor. I didn’t understand that because I’ve been to several all inclusives where I have ordered food by the poolside. The customer service was good. Staff was respectful and remembered our names and drink orders if they saw us the next day. Also the bathroom set up was weird. No separate door for the toilet and we had to bring our own bags downstairs when it was time to leave for the airport. It was an enjoyable stay but I probably won’t stay at an Hyatt property again."

"Had a quick 4 night getaway my wife and I for our anniversary. We were pleased to have received complimentary bottles of champagne and wine plus some chocolate treats from the hotel thanks for that it was very nice. We also received a room upgrade with the swim up pool. The room was very clean and everyday was maintained well by the maid staff and they even do an evening turn down as well. We enjoy the beautiful beach and views and the very laid back vibes this resort offers. The food is good the options are more than enough. The pools are great. We had a great little getaway can’t wait to return"

"La estadía fue espectacular, desde que llegamos el servicio empezó desde que nos recibieron y todo el personal siempre amable, feliz y dispuestos a ayudar siempre, el servicio es lo que nos enamoró de nuestra estadía. La propiedad es hermosa de día y de noche, la comida excelente y el Staff fuera de serie con su servicio. Si hay que invertir en remodelación en algunos aspectos pero apartando eso todo es genial. Nos volveremos a hospedar allá sin pensarlo dos veces. Peña que solo fue por poco tiempo."
