“Our room was very good and had a nice view, but it was not the first room we were offered. There is a cafe where you can eat (instead of the restaurant) but we were not told about this. There were no instructions for using the WiFi - the strongest signal was one with our room number. This connected, but didn't work. After many calls to reception, we found out that we should have used the Paradore WiFi. We booked and paid Expedia. It took at least 20 minutes on check out to persuade...

“Lovely room with nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Free parking very nearby off property. Kind hotel staff and a wonderful restaurant. Very clean with pleasant classical Spanish style furnishings. Great location and quiet. An amazing place to stay and so much history. Don’t miss the Real Palace!”

“Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant.”
