The property is in the heart of bar street. Step out side and all the restaurants, bars, shopping, beach is right there. It is a small 10 room hotel,Great service, good breakfast, rooms are clean comfortable and spacious. Beware that rooms facing the street side are loud and noisy from people in the streets till 4:00 am. There is no elevator, you do need to carry your luggage up the stairs. The receptionist helped carry our small one. This is a great budget hotel but not for those looking for a luxury hotel. If you want to stay in the heart of bar street and just want a clean comfortable place to sleep with friendly staff then this is for you. Would stay here again.

Location is amazing. You can reach to anywhere in old town by walking. If you choose sea view rooms, you will have an amazing view. Can be a noisy up to 2-3 am.

If you're into nightlife, this is a great place. Right in the middle of shops, clubs and restaurants. Small, cozy place with just 10 rooms, so not very crowded. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If you want a quiet place to rest, this is not the place you want, though. Too noisy at night.

Situation idéale si l'on veut être en ville et en même temps avoir la vue directe sur la rade de Bodrum et son Château Fort. Charmante ambiance, décoration de bon gout. Terrasse au 3ème étage pour le petit déjeuner devant la mer à l'ombre ! Que demander de plus ?

The room was spacious and clean. However, it faced an alley that is very noisy in the early morning hours, with groups of rowdy youths passing by. If you can secure a room facing the sea, take it, but avoid the rooms with a 'city view', or you'll have interrupted sleep. The room also lacked one or two basics, such as a waste basket. The two ladies who run the place are competent, the night duty staff less so.

Very bad experience
The employees speak no English, so there were a lot of misunderstandings. If there is a problem, you can not speak to the staff, you need to wait hours (!) for the manager to come. No one wants to wait hours just to speak a problem or to organize something! You are not in some office, you are on your vacation! I needed an invoice, because I didn't get any payment receipt during check-in, so I had to wait hours for the manager to come and understand what I want. She said that there will be an invoice at check-out. But there was no invoice, no payment bill, no voucher, nothing at check-out! You are in a hurry to get your flight and the employee does not understand what you need, the manager herself is not there and didn't organize your invoice beforehand, although you made it clear to her, that you need one. Besides the breakfast is very simple and every day the same, (I was one week there), they remove even some items after 2 or 3 days, for example apples, the only fruit that was there, disappeared at the 3rd day. There is no juice or something like that, and no water! You can apparantly ask for water, but they don't tell you that beforehand! I have asked the manager myself after one day. Don't forget, you can barely speak English to the staff. You need to ask separately for water at breakfast, and just water in glass is free, not in the bottle, they don't tell you that either, so that they can charge extra fees at check-out. I don't recommend this hotel.

Temiz ve sakin bir otel. Bodrum’a gittiğimde işim kısaysa ve herşey dahil bir otelde kalmayacaksam hep burda kakıyorum. Şehrin merkezinde. Yalnız deniz tarafı odaları seçmeye çalışın kara tarafında hafif gürültü oluyor. Kahvaltısı güzel; manzarası efsane.

I loved the location, all the best entertainment and restaurants are right on this street. We had rental car, and there is otopark( affordable and secure) very close to hotel. It was a short walk from parking to hotel, not sure why some reviewers complain about long walks with luggage, all you will do here anyways is walking in the evening to get to stores and dinner. Staff was very welcoming and helpful at all times. Some don’t speak English but they understand most of requests, I used google translate on phone few times. Room was specious, and they offer daily housekeeping. I read previous reviews prior to booking and some people said breakfast is basic, I disagree. It was delicious and fulfilling. This is typical breakfast in many parts of Europe. Tomatoes and cucumbers are freshly picked from garden probably since I didn’t had them this delicious even from Whole Foods. They offer 3 types of cheese and bread including simit, prepare eggs the way you want, and make regular black coffee, which was strong and delicious. We are definitely coming back next year.

Otel deniz ve çarşının dibi, kahvaltı mekanı deniz manzaralı teras. Odaların temizliği harika, personel ne istersek mutlulukla yerine getirdi. Banyonun duş alanı biraz küçük ve eskiydi ama su hemen ısındı, her gün yeni havlular geldi. Çarşıya bakan oda da kaldık, ama deniz manzaralı odayı da görme imkanımız oldu. Her iki taraf da çok geniş ve şahane. Sürekli seyahat eden ve genelde 5 yıldızlı otelde kalan biri olarak adı Pansiyon olan bir yerde kalacak olmak şüphe yaratmıştı ama, kesinlikle beğendim. Bundan sonraki değişmeyecek adreslerimden biri oldu.

Tavsiye etmem Bir gece kaldık, sabaha kadar uyuyamadık gürültüden. Ertesi günü çıktık. Havluları çok sert el değmiyor. İki günlük kalışımızın ücreti de yanmış oldu. Paramız yandığı için üzüldük. We were on the side facing the bazaar and it is extremely noisy until around 1am. The room itself is large and comfortable and the staff are very nice, but the bathrooms need an update.

Hot water was hard to get started, bathroom was small, but functional, shower was really small. Outlets are a premium, I travel with a CPAP machine, had to unplug the refrigerator to use my CPAP. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is an after thought in the entire city.

Nice property overall with a great location. Clean property and great staff. The breakfast was good. The bathrooms could use some work though. The shower was terrible with a broken shower door and showerhead. Apart from the bathroom, the property and stay was great.

徹夜未眠印象深刻的旅館
早餐海景很美，但食物卻很差。 房間非常小，只準備了洗浴液各2瓶，其它都沒有。窗外即是商業街，整晚都是喧鬧吵雜聲難以入睡，凌晨4：00才有商店關門，大都開整晚24小時。
