Friendly staff, clean modern hotel

Friendly staff from reception to bar staff, exceptionally clean hotel, lovely pool area and bar to relax in. Rooms were a good size but the bed was a small double. Modern, new bathrooms. Great value for money. Parking on-site is available.

This hotel is located in a very nice place as a location. Breakfast was very nice. Our room had a view of the pool and was clean. It is definitely a hotel that should be preferred.

It was my first stay at this hotel. It is in one of the best areas of Bodrum city. The street where it is located is very nice. The area seems very safe and quiet, also peaceful. It was quiet at the hotel too because it was off season (November). I would like to thank all staff. All of them were kind and friendly. Special thanks to Ika (Irakliy/Irakly) who is very helpful. He speaks perfect Turkish although he is not a Turkish man, knows the city and region very well. Breakfast was open buffet with wide variety of food. It was rather plentiful. The room where I stayed in, was nice. Bathroom was spacious. The downsid of th room aircon did not work. I could not use TV set either. But I did not ask any help with TV set because actually I was outside most of the time. Overall, I liked this hotel and would recommend it to other guests/ tourists.

We had a great stay at Hotel Centro. The location is very convenient and near a lot of different restaurants and even the Marina. The rooms were comfortable and neat. We did have a few issues with the Wifi and air conditioning unit in the rooms but the staff were always extremely helpful and their kindness more than makes up for any small issues.

Everything was awful, there were beetles and insects in our room, the beedsheet was dirty and had stain on it, the bathroom was too dirty and nauseous. The plate for breakfast was smelly and the berakfast quality was poor. They ruined two days of our travel and even when I objected the poor condition, the staff didn't say sory or they didn't do anything.

Hizmet sektörünün geldiği negatif nokta

Konaklamamız boyunca birkaç olumlu detayla karşılaştık. Odamıza yönlendirilirken nazik bir şekilde karşılandık, beklerken su ikram edildi ve valizimiz odamıza taşındı. Ancak, genel anlamda beklentimizin oldukça altında bir deneyim yaşadık. Odadaki saç kurutma makinesi neredeyse hiç işlevsel değildi; elektrikli olmasına rağmen çok zayıftı, içinden minik patlayan elektrik ışıklarını görebiliyorduk ve havlu kullanmak daha etkiliydi. Teknik servisten destek talep ettik, ancak ne yazık ki yalnızca çıkış günümüzde geldiler, zaten çıkış yapmıştık. Olması gereken konaklama süresince odalara her gün kişi sayısı adetli su bırakılmasıdır, yalnızca talep ettiğimizde sadece ilk gün verildiği, sonrası için bardan ücretli alabileceğimiz söylendi. Bu uygulama, hizmet kalitesi açısından eksik ve pratik değil. Bir turizmci olarak, konuk taleplerinin karşılanmasının ve beklentilerin önceden öngörülerek hizmet sunulmasının ne kadar önemli olduğunu çok iyi biliyorum. Ne yazık ki bu tesiste bu anlayışı göremedim. Temizliğii anlayabileceğinizz klozet görselini de ekliyorum. Bu arada Türk/Yabancı uyruk ayrımı var, özellikle oda seçiminde :) odamız daha kirli ve kötü olamazdı. Bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim bir deneyim oldu.

Girişte herşey harikaydı çok sefer kaldık zaten odamız muazzam resepsiyona 1-1.30 gibi çıkacağımızı söyledik tamam dedi kahvaltı sırasında diğer müşteriyle bir iki dialoga sayit oldum büfe sorumlusu insanlara ekstra demeden yapıyor sonra odalarına charge ediyorlar. Gelelim ikinci olaya 2personel hiç susmadı kahvaltı boyunca içeriden dışarıdan bagrismalar hiç eksik olmadı. Kahvaltımızı yaptık odaya gittik yatmaya saat 12.30 da odaya resepsiyon geldi çıkış saatiniz diye hadi buyur uykumu böldün , mesailer arası iletişimin yok iyice kahveye dönmüş koca işletme. F/P diyordum bu otele ama artık kalite yerlerde. En azından odalar hala first class..

Uma ótima opção na região central de Bodrum

O hotel fica muito bem localizado na região central, sendo possível ir a pé até a região da Marina, assim como a parte da cidade antiga. Em relação às praias, é necessário ir de veículo, pois se encontram a mais de 2 km de distância. Fora isto, o café da manhã é amplo e atende muito bem, além dos quartos serem com um tamanho bom.
