Rezervasyon için geri dönüş yapılması çok güzel fakat çok sık arandığımı düşünüyorum. Odadaki eşya bakımından tam fakat pda temizliği rezalet. Normalde nir gece kalacaktım iki güne uzattıktan sonra oda temizliği istedim. Odaya girdiğimizde yatak başlığı ayna özellikle yatağın altı toz içindeydi ve istek üzerinde temizlermeme rağmen temizlenmemişti. Toza alerjim var bu yüzden konakladığım sürede benim için özellikle çok zordu. Yemekler genel anlamda güzeldi. Aç kalma veya doymama gibi bir imkan yok desem yeridir. Herkese göre farklıdır fakat çalışanların, alanda bulunan garsonlar örneğin, bana kaba geldi. Sevdiğim tek kişi yemek yenem kattaki barda bulunan arkadaştı. Ona ayriyeten teşekkür ederim. Alkol imkanından çok yararlanmadım. Kalitesiz ve şarap bazlı alkoller kullanılıyor. Lokal harici ücretli olarak alabiliyorsunuz. Gerçekten kafa dağıtmak amacıyla gitmemiş olsam memnun kalmazdım

Great relaxing resort!
Jasmin Beach Resort was a wonderful hotel to rest and rejuvenate at! The food varies day from day which was nice. Close to town that you could either walk (but that hill can be a lot!) or catch a shuttle too. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They treated us very well and, when needing to confirm the booking, they even got us a better room. Truly a great experience and would easily go again!

Fin miljö, trevlig strand. Maten var inte bra alls, vi var dåliga i magen hela vistelsen. Smutsiga rum med myror, fick inget påfyllt ex tvål under hela resan. Fanns flera barer att välja mellan vilket var bra. För hög ljudvolym på hotellet till sent på kvällarna.

Le séjour n était pas du tout ce a quoi on s attendait. Les chambres n étaient pas nettoyées régulièrement, j irais même a dire pas du tout. Il y a plus de personnes que de tables. Les photos de la piscine sur votre site ne sont pas du tout réaliste.

Couldnt fault the hotel great size rooms clean,modern decore. Great location by quiet pool. Lots of choice of food and drinks. Photography great used the turkish spa and then men went for a turkish shave great value for money.

Not worth half of what I paid.
We had to move rooms because there was no WiFi in rooms so got a room next to lobby. No way is this a 4 Star hotel more like a 3 star. The rooms were no better if cheaper looking than a travel lodge.Quality of fittings were cheap & shoddy. Cooked food was very bad mostly. If you wanted to live on salads etc it was ok. We walked out of so called Ala carte restaurant it was a joke. Staff were very pleasant & did there best to please you. No complaints there. Entertainment was a waste of time especially for English people. Wouldn’t go back there even if I was paid. Was happy to leave.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Lage. Der Pool auf der Terrasse ist das Highlight. Nette Mitarbeiter dort wir durften das Zimmer kostenlos upgraden weil unser Badezimmer kaputt war.

Die Zimmer waren schlecht geputzt, es roch nach Erbrochenem, eine tote Kakerlake lag unter dem Bett, die Handtücher Rochen nicht gut. Die Klimaanlage hat lauter als die Zikaden gezirpt. Das Hotel an sich wäre ganz schön gewesen, aber die Pools waren überfüllt, wahrscheinlich weil der Strand in diesem Stadtviertel (Gümbet) wirklich scheußlich ist. Das Wasser ist schmutzig und der Strand auch. Der Sand ist extrem grob, mehr wie Split. Das Essen im Hotel war in Ordnung, aber die mittägliche und abendliche Beschallung war extrem laut und kaum auszuhalten.

The food was great dessert could be slightly better Really good animation The staff by the pool try hard to make sure everyone is having a good time and take part in activities. Staff at reception couldn't be friendlier. Their spa facilities are excellent have a pretty decent gym. They also have a barbers and tattooist on site. (One member of our group had a haircut and another got a tattoo and both were really pleased) The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Best hotel
Fantastic hotel, great food and brilliant service. Very friendly. Great professional photographer. Had my wedding photographs done whilst staying here and all my guests were treated perfectly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Right on the beach and close to all amenities. Gorgeous surroundings. Not great for WiFi but perfect for everything else.

Everyone had a great time
We had a great stay so much so that we extended our stay and are planning for next year. We had a club room but for family of 4 too small so we had to change to an unrenovated family room. Pros: ac, all inclusive food, activities, great spa and hair salon, many pools Cons: unrenovated family room

Perfect for family with kids
It is a very comfortable place very good food selections.Staff are very friendly and helpful. Turkish bath and spa is great value and enjoyable. Beach is not as sandy you would hope but at least is close to water activity and boat trips as you are on the Bay side . Overall pleasant stay with nightly entertainments from belly dancing to cabaret style dance and music, however the kids program goes to passed 10pm with music that really doesn't need to be that loud.

Dårlige airconditoins. Etter å ha byttet til 3. rommet var aircondition ok. God mat, men lite variasjon. Ikke is, bare til noen få til lunch, kun vanilje. Alle baseng hadde bare 140 dybde uten om plaskebasengene. En kelner knuste glass å det spratt opp på vårt bord. Glasset ble bare feid på gulvet det det ble kostet opp. Vi måtte selv forlate maten på eget initiativ da det kunne være glass i den også.

Güzel otel berbat hizmet
Otel girişinde problemlerimiz başladı. Checkin yapmamiza rağmen bize ait olan odaya başkası verilmiş, vu sebepten dolayı daha az ve otelin eski kisimindaki odalardan birine verildik. Odaya götürülmek istediğimizde ise bir saate yakın lobide bekletildik. Sebebi ise bize verilen odanın lobiye uzak olması. Otel bariz şekilde personellerine mobbing uyguluyor, bu sebepten dolayı hiç-bir personeli mutlu degil ve bu mutsuzluk misafirlere yansiyor. Birkaç personel hariç tüm personeller çok kabaydı. Animasyon manasında gördüğüm en kötü otel. Bu otelde animasyon demek, akşam clube gitmek için herkezi taciz eden iki arkadaştan ibaret. Akşam olunca bu sayi dörde çıkıyor. Ana Yemek olarak bim köfteleri çok kullaniliyor. Farkli yemeklerde var ancak yeterli kalitede degil. Tatli ve salata barlari taktire şayan. Oda temizlikleri otelin genel hizmet kalitesinin üstünde. Plajindaki arkadaş çok yardimsever. Ancak plajda bar yok, bu çok kötü bir özellik. Havuz kenarinda resaturant da saçma sapan kurallar mevcut, yemek saati disina cikanca masalarda oturtmuyorlar. Hayvan muamelesi yapılıp önümüzdeki içecek küllük vs ne varsa aliniyor. Otelin otoparkı yok. Araçlarınızı yer bulursanız sokağa birakiyorsunuz. Aile oteli kesinlikle değil. Birsürü erkek grup mevcut. Özet olarak bu güzel tesisde, berbat işletme ve hizmet kalitesi ile çok kötü bir geçirdik. KESİNLİKLE KİMSEYE TAVSİYE ETMİYORUM.

UNFORTUNATE STAY!
I reserved 3 rooms for my family for 3 nights stay. The service was absolutely a joke! They picked up some uneducated men from villages and put them in service and made them in charge. The "bartender" picked up a fight with a guest in the middle of our dinner. 100s of people were shocked including myself. There is no security for the "hotel". If you are going by car forget about finding a park. The receptionists have no idea how to welcome a guest. The pool was dirty with lots of chemicals they put daily and I don`t think they adjust the chemical level. Other option is the beach but that`s dirty too. Thought Bodrum beaches were so special. Maybe in another location. The food was all the same. There is a variety but nothing special like real Turkish cuisine you would think. Kitchen is poor. So is the bar. They only have the cheapest bottle of liqueur that you have not heard or seen before and you do not even want to sip. They serve the drinks with dirty glass, I`ve witnessed myself! Who knows what they put in those bottles... You cannot sit 6 people at the same table. We got yield at trying to combine 2 tables for my family. We had to eat on separate tables for the entire stay. The water park is open only for 2 hours a day! What a joke! You would really regret to stay there!

Otelin durumu iyi ve çalışanlar iyi niyetli olmalarına rağmen, kapasiteyi zorlayan bir doluluk var. Bu da hizmetleri ( özellikle temizlik ve arıza giderimi) zorluyor. Kablosuz internet kapasite ve hız olarak tatmin edici değil. Ücretsiz otopark yok. Aracınızı kapı önüne yer bulursanız, koyuyorsunuz.
