Good...staff, pool and shower. Poor room doors and windows wouldnt Close. This hotel is very old but thank god we had a 2 bedroom The owner liked to have the tv on very load all evening.. until very late at night. Unacceptable...good location.

3 günlük kısa bir tatil yaptığımız otelde odanın her yeri tertemizdi. Balkonsuz oda ayırttığımız halde müsaitlik olduğu için balkonlu ve daha büyük bir odaya geçişimiz yapıldı.Otel sahile çok yakın. Ulaşım oldukça rahat. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık.

Tümay Nightmare

Odamız temiz değildi. 2 günde bir odalar temizleniyor denildi ama temizlenmedi. Oda o kadar kötüydü ki temizlenmesini istemedim bile. Rezervasyon yaparken internette gösterilen odalar ile alakası yoktu. Balkonda havlu asacak yer bile yoktu, üstelik pisti balkon.Sadece gece uyumaya gittik. Kahvaltı berbattı. Gerek peynir zeytini gerekse çayı çok kötüydü.

Otelin 7.8 puanı hakkettiğini düşünmüyorum. 1 hafta kaldık. Konaklayacakları uyarmak istiyorum. Öncelikle olumlu şeylerden başlayalım. Bitez denizi çocuksuz çiftler için çok güzel ve otel sahile 5 dk lık yürüme mesafesinde. Yeri harika. Bulunduğu sokak ve yürüme yolları da nezih ve huzurlu. Sabah kahvaltısı gayet yeterli, kullanılan malzemeler yeterince kaliteli/taze. Yatak rahat, çarşaflar ve havlular lekeli değil. Banyosu yenilenmiş. Sıcak su vardı. Sahipleri/çalışanlar saygılı, kibar ve yardımsever. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz. Bunlarla birlikte otelde ciddi standart ve temizlik problemleri bulunuyor. Bence bu oteli işletenler bütçesinin sınırlı olmasından veya kendilerinin standart anlayışlarının yeterince yüksek olmamasından kaynaklanıyor. Pencereler biri söylemedikçe hiç temizlenmiyor bile olabilir. O derece tozluydu. Pencereyi açtığınızda pencere ve sinekliklerde biriken toz odaya doluyor. Klima gece açık bırakılırsa doğrudan yatağın üzerine vuruyor. Bantla bile çözüm üretemedik. Altına bir plaka monte edilmeliydi. Kahvaltı servisindeki domatezin üzerinde topraklar duruyordu. Temizlik standardı o kadar vasat ki 2. gün bile özenle temizlenmiş değildi. Bir şikayetten sonra kimse sabah gidip kendi kontrol etmemiş. Kısaca temizlik yetersiz, çünkü yeterli olduğunu düşünüyorlar. Yöneticiler bu kafayı değiştirip bütün personele sil baştan gerekli ikaz ve takipleri yapmadıkları sürece 10 üzerinden en fazla 5 alır.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, Bitez sahile çok yakın. Oda temiz. Banyo temiz ve kullanışlı. Kahvaltılık ürünler kaliteli markalardan. Vasat bir kahvaltı. Otel tanıtım fotoğraflarındaki gibi bir kahvaltı beklemeyin ama hayal kırıklığı olur. Sabahları çok fazla kapı açma kapama gürültüsü olabiliyor.

Lavabolar tıkalı su gitmiyor. Oda da su bile yok. Banyoda havlunuzu asmaya askı dahi yok. Odalar çok küçük. Personel çok ilgisiz. Kahvaltı çok kötü sinekler yiyeceklerin üzerinde. Hijyen yok.1 gece kalıp hemen ayrıldık.

Sunulan ilk oda o kadar sigara kokuyordu ki, girmemizle başka oda talep etmemiz bir oldu. İkinci odada ise sadece çarşaflar ve havlular temizdi. Oda ise malesef saç ve toz içindeydi. İkinci gün biraz temizlenmişti. Odadaki buzdolabı el değmeyecek kadar pisti. Balkon kapıları zor kapandığından sanırım sabaha kadar kapı çarpma sesi vardı. Otelin diğer alanları da son derece pisti. Bu kadar puanı nasıl aldıklarını anlayabilmiş değilim. Kahvaltı ortalama idi. Memnun kaldığımız tek şey sanırım resepsiyon ve çalışanların güleryüzüydü.
