Plus points was one of the pools that we enjoyed (the other slide pool water was very dirty), a comfy bed, quiet area, and staff are very nice and helpful. The hotels bad points are.... Not ready to be open. Alot of work needs doing. Communal areas in disrepair. Beach bar not functioning as being renovated , same for the beach jetty sunlounge area. Rooms dated & no shade on terrace. Room mosquitoes a big issue & also in general indoor areas. Booked as all inclusive....food was terrible! Also not even set out as a buffet, lack of drinks choice, had to ask for food basics like bread, dessert, fruit. Certainly wasn't like any all inclusive ever known. Low grade. Couldn't eat one meal as undercooked, not fresh, very poor quality and cold. This hotel could be nice but needs serious improvements first. Not looking forward to meals as werent not nice said alot. I sincerely wish them well upon improvements.

Odamıza her gün temizlik yapıldı, havlularımız değiştirildi, kaldığımız son gün suyumuz kesilmişti ancak söylediğimizde 5-6 dk içinde hallolacağı söylendi, her türlü sorunda hemen yardımcı oldular çok memnun kaldık

Oldukça memnun kaldık sadece tadilatı bitmiş olsaydı çok daha iyi olurdu çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve ilgilierdi yemekleri lezzetli,,içecekleri şişeden olduğu için memnun edici ydi.
