“I went as part as my honey moon and it was a disaster. The receptionists barely spoke English. The bathrooms were messy and there were cigarettes butts on the floor in the backyard. The kitchen wasn’t properly cleaned either as I saw bugs in the coffee machines. I think the villa wasn’t rented for a while because when I turned on the water, it was brown for a few minutes, and the hot water only lasted 5 minutes. I had to shower cold. The pool was the worst part. It was nice weather outside but...

“Beautiful property and pool area. Staff was very nice! Loved the convenience of ordering food by the pool. I did not care for the AC unit above my head- or the fact that there only was one thin small rough blanket to cover with. I did ask for a top sheet and another blanket which they did bring to me on my second night. That was a lot better. I liked the bathroom shower. “It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed. So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...

“I nearly never booked accommodation due to the mould review however glad I did as the apartment was exactly as described, spacious apartment, clean, location is perfect just a 5/10 minute walk away from the castle and food places, bars ect, we really enjoyed our stay! I gave feedback regarding shower & toilet problems and feedback was taken on board but apart from that happy stay and would return! Thank you”
