“overall the accommodation and staff were good and the grounds and location was very pleasant. However, on the Saturday evening we arrived back to the room at 8.30 pm to find in the garden a bbq, loads of people and very very loud music. We could not sleep, read or listen to the Tv and the music stopped at 11:59. Really spoiled our stay”

There was a wedding party when we were there that was very noisy and although they had a great time it was difficult to hold a conversation in the restaurant in the evening, that's why I gave good rather that excellent.”
“Stayed a couple of nights in August. Nice bar and pub restaurant right in the centre of Arundel. On street parking was easy to find on a Sunday night and there's a large Pay and Display car park right at the back of the hotel. Nicely appointed and well-equipped room albeit a bit small for 2 adults and 2 dogs plus luggage to fit commfortably (maybe bigger rooms exist). Helpful staff and a good breakfast included. We found out on departure that they offer a discount for anyone attending cricket at...
