Good Hotel

Over all it's a good hotel and easy to reach anywhere. Near the Tol Gate and has a good breakfast too.

Great breakfast buffet

The breakfast buffet was great! Huge selection of hot dishes. Service was very friendly and hospitable. Room was fine but nothing special, would seem much cleaner if things like walls, faucets, water dispenser nozzles were wiped down. Can hear the traffic very easily from the room. Supermarket and lots of food options within walking distance.

First time stay at Amaris and I love it!!

The front desk staffs are very nice. They are really helpful and quick taking actions when we are in need. Very satisfied with the breakfast food many choices and changes daily.

Ok for a budget hotel

This hotel is worth every penny being spent, however, unfortunately during our stay, the wifi is not working any at all. The staff tried to fix but still no luck, though we don't know whether it only happened at level 9 (where our room was) or it happened at the whole place. The amenities not really complete, no toothbrush and toothpaste being provided. But the staffs are so friendly and exceptional, with a good and comfortable room. Ok, but do check the wifi before you stay :)

I stayed here overnight with my friend. Room was clean but the WIFI was poor and kept cutting out. No Fridge either, the same as Bekasi Amaris too.Overall just average although the Room was clean and Staff were good.

Hotel minimalis dengan kenyamanan maksimal

Menginap di penghujung tahun 2014 bersama 2 keluarga di hotel ini cukup mengesankan, dengan penampilan hotel yg bersih, rapi, ramah, lokasi di tengah kota, mudah diakses & dekat dengan obyek wisata. Acara tutup tahun dgn pemberian terompet & topi tahun baru secara gratis serta balon door prize cukup membuat para tamu antusias, di lain waktu mungkin dapat ditambah balon yg berisi hadiah2nya. Kekurangannya adalah tidak adanya kolam renang di hotel ini, tapi itu tidak masalah bagi kami yg lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu liburan di luar hotel.

Sy tidur di lantai 8 dengan view ke samping kanan hotek. Bunyi motor berlalu lalang terdengar sekali, pemkot bogor harus menertibkan motor motor yg memakai knalpot racing karena menimbulkan polusi suara

Kami menginap sehari di Amaris Pakuan tanggal 5 Sept 2014. Check in hampir jam 12 malam, namun tidak sesuai harapan karena setelah dicek, bookingan kami di hotels.com belum diterima oleh Amaris Pakuan, alhasil pada saat booking kami memilih kasur one bed berubah menjadi twin. Kualitas di kamar cukup baik dan bersih, hanya saja di gang di lantai tempat kami menginap di dekat jendela yang menghadap keluar terlihat kotor berdebu. Juga di hotel ini suara dari luar terdengar jelas dari kamar. Alhasil jam 2 malam saat ada suara orang berbicara keras-keras diluar terdengar jelas oleh kami, dan itu sangat mengganggu. Satu lagi, di hotel Amaris tidak disediakan teh atau kopi di kamar, hanya terdapat dispenser di lobi lantai, alhasil kami harus membeli teh dari luar. Biasanya saat kami menginap di hotel lain dengan standar bintang 2 atau 3 selalu mendapatkan kopi atau teh di kamar. Untuk breakfast, stafnya sangat ramah melayani dan ini merupakan poin plus, namun untuk menu makanan, seperti ayam goreng yang rasanya sangat standar, sangat tidak mencerminkan seperti makan di hotel. mungkin masih lebih enak ayam goreng diluar.
