직원들이 친절하였고 편의시설 및 내부 환경은 좋았음. 객실 내부에 작은 바퀴벌레들이 다소 있었고 객실 바닥의 청소 상태가 미흡했으며 샤워실의 수압이 약하고 배수가 원활치 않음. 저녁 뷔폐가 가격 대비 부실한 편이고 음료수 제공치 않아 사마셔야 했음.

모기가 많았습니다 숲 속에 있는 호텔이라그렇다치러다도 방안에 모기 퇴치제 정도 준비되어야 함이 옳다고 생각합니다 에어콘이 너무 약합니다. 바람이 차지 않습니다. 시설이 새것이 아니라 그런 것 같습니다 그런데 자연친화적이라서 그건 도시에서 느끼지 못한 것을 느꼈습니다 호텔내 맛사지가 별로 라는 평이 있던데 시정이 되지 못한체 정말로 별로입니다 아침식사나 저녁 뷔페가 둘다 비슷합니다 그리고 인도네시아 중심의 음식 보다는 좀더 세계적인 음식위주로 준비했으면 좋겠습니다 저녁 식사시에 인도네시아 자국민 단체를 받아서 얼마나 소란 스럽던지 조용히 식사하는 가족 단위의 식사 분위기를 망쳐 놓았고 직원이 제재 하지 않아서 콤플레인 하고 왔네요. 시내 까지 셔틀 카 운영은 좋았습니다.. 좀더 자주 해 주셨으면 좋겠습니다.

객실과 주변의 분위기는 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 마사지샵의 서비스는 별로입니다. 부페식당은 아침이나 저녁이나 모두 괜찮은 편이고, 저녁에는 라이브 공연도 있어 더욱 좋았습니다. 펍에서 칵테일은 드시지 마세요..정말 맛없습니다. 룸은 좀 오래됐지만 쓸만합니다.

그럭저럭 괜찮습니다.
장점-친절한서비스, 식당(저녁부페 20만 루피아, 라이브뮤직), 주변자연환경 단점-마사지(불친절, 비쌈 1시간28만, 90분38만), 객실이 오래됨, 수영장이 좁음 마사지 90분 예약하고 한참있다가 갔는데 60분밖에 안해줘서 대판 싸웠습니다. 그리고 객실에 샤워가운과 슬리퍼가 없어서 황당했는데 바로 가져다줬습니다. 그리고 작은 바가 있는데 거기선 맥주만 드시길 바랍니다. 칵테일이 11만 루피아정도인데 드럽게 못만듭니다.

산장 같은 느낌의 호텔
저렴한 가격에 비해서 비교적 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 막히지 않아 1시간여 걸렸는데 자카르타 주변에서 느끼기 힘든 주변 환경을 가지고 있습니다. 목조 기반의 건물이며 정원이며 숲속에 있는 산장의 느낌이라 하면 가장 적당할 것 같습니다. 수영장이 좀 작은 듯 하지만 어린이를 동반한 투숙객에게는 야외 놀이터며, 무료 말타기 서비스등을 제공하고 있습니다. 조식 뷔페도 괜찮은 것 같은 것 같고, 호텔 내부에 위치한 작은 이탈리안 식당도 피자며, 스테이크며 좋았습니다.

Old smelly hotel, like a haunted hotel.

disappointing
This hotel is old and dated. Roofs everywhere were leaking, the rooms were old, mouldy and in desperate need of repair. The breakfast buffet was very ordinary and unhygienic. Price was also very expensive for what was offered.

Extremely not at par with Novotel standards.. Dissapointed with the condition of property.. Rooms was in terrible condition.. Buffet Breakfast was also not at par with Novotel standards

- The pool and gym are amazing. - The staff are very attentive, always smiling and willing to help. - Room service was acceptable. - The rooms and furniture are a bit old and outdated. - I had some issue with my room keys. However, staff helped me immediately. 2 out of 3 times were me not being very familiar with how the keys work in certain circumstances. Once there was a faulty key.

The room conditions are collapsing, very disappointed to see the renovation of the reception which was very beautiful, but the room is so bad, staff training is also down, overall bad experience.

The location is quiet which is good, staff was friendly. Food was very standard. But the rooms are a bit run down, our room cupboard was broken below the sink, the fridge also leakes water on our last night. The internet connection was bad since our check in, couldnt use wifi and We stayed for 2 nights.
