Pésimo hotel es más bien un hostal

El lugar está muy precario. El agua caliente no sale bien y la regadera da toques eléctricos al ajustar, hay cero insonorización con las demás habitaciones, se escucha todo de otros alado. La ropa de cama no estaba limpia, el agua del lavabo no sale bien. No hay shampoo ni nada más. Solo un jabón líquido para todo uso. No hay agua para beber ni servicios de ningún tipo, mande un mensaje para solicitar agua y nunca nadie contestó. La calidad de los muebles es la más baja y precaria que he visto, es posiblemente el peor hotel en el que he estado en mi vida. Además la aplicación de hoteles dice que prepague todo y al llegar dijeron que no había pago y me cobraron de nuevo en efectivo y más cantidad de la anunciada. Ya no sé si pagué doble. Las paredes están sucias, el baño, la tasa de escusado es para niños no adultos, pésima experiencia.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a una cuadra y media del Gimnasio Británico (sede Prometric). El personal es amable y el desayuno estuvo bien. Sin embargo, hay ciertas cosas en la habitación que requieren atención (sillones y cojines decorativos viejos, mantenimiento de madera) pero son cosas que fácilmente se podrían mejorar.

El peor hotel en el que me he hospedado!!

Terrible!! No recomiendo este hotel jamás, a mi llegada en la madrugada nadie me abrió y no pude ingresar a mi habitación y me tocó irme a otro hotel, pésimo servicio.

Un Bed and Breakfast placentero con limitaciones

Mas que un hotel esto es un Bed and Breakfast. La atencion del personal, especialmente Doña Rosa, fue excelente. La casa estaba muy limpia pero el jardin estaba descuidado y los cuartos medio basicos. Los primeros 2 dias tuvimos tantos problemas con conseguir agua caliente y constante de la ducha que estuvimos a un paso de mudarnos de hotel a pesar de ya haber pagado.
