"The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected from a five star hotel. The breakfast was good but the sitting us in a table that was not clean and ready. We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers."

"The room was quiet, clean with comfortable beds and coffee and a good shower. I wish I had received information about where to find the shuttle in the confirmation email and though it was useful to go to the hotel, it runs every half hour so we could not use it going back. But the location is great and the taxi was easy. "

"The room door was ajar when we went to our room after check-in. We went back to the front desk to let the staff know. A night manager accompanied us to the room and was surprised to see the door ajar. He took our card keys and found that they did not work; we assume that he concluded we had not opened the door. He went inside the room and told us everything was clean and for us to come in. When inside, we realized that it was a regular room and not the mini- suite we had reserved and paid for. The night manager took us back to the front desk and gave us a mini-suite. He also gave us a coupon for 2 free drinks for the inconvenience. We thought that was nice of him. However, we did not use the coupon."
