Amazing stay! The hotel feels brand new—beautiful décor, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff is incredibly kind and truly makes your stay enjoyable. Great breakfast as well. My family and friends are planning a trip to Villa de Leyva, and this is definitely the right place to stay.

The hotel is even more fantastic in every aspect, considering it is in a small town far from Bogotá. The rooms are big, with a bathtub, a great combination of luxury and colonial style. The crew was super attentive, and the food and beverage were great.

This was a great hotel and a great value! The rooms felt brand new and the food was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be that if someone reserves the Jacuzzi in the morning, the hotel should have known to turn it on so we didn't spend the entire reservation waiting for the sauna to warm up and the water in the Jacuzzi to get hot, which unfortunately never happened.

The property is lovely. The only thing I would suggest is changing the shower tub combo. We had a mini suite and I was excited for the claw foot tub, but the valve that changes water from overhead shower to tub filler was missing so it only operated as a shower. You have to stand in the tub to shower and it wasn’t balanced and would shift from side to side which is a bit unnerving. I would prefer no tun or fix the issues. I also wish there was a fan so the room didn’t get stuffy. Otherwise a beautiful hotel, loved the space and the staff was nice and everything was very clean.
