“Disgusting Hotel. Rooms were smelly and dirty. Couldn't wait to leave and get a shower at home. Mattress was ridiculously thin so had to sleep on the spare duvet for abit of comfort. Receptionist was wild rude on check-in. Entire hotel is very dated. The hotel profile is click bait, it looks nothing like the photos. This is without a doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.”

“The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable! Front desk staff were always exceptionally friendly, they were a huge help throughout my stay.”

“Rooms were large and comfortable! Very nicely appointed! Staff was the best we experienced on our vacation! Specifically Joann at restaurant for breakfast! She was skilled, and knowledgeable about food, Killarney and Ireland. She raised the level of our experience with her quick wit and humor! “위치가 좋고 무료 주차 가능(주차장 입구는 호텔 앞에 잠시 정차한 후 리셉션에 물어보면 지도와 함께 설명해 줌. 호텔 뒤로한바퀴 돌아서 뒤로 들어옴). 아침식사도 훌륭함. 직원들도 친절함. 다만 주차장과 호텔 오가는 통로가 다소 불편했지만, 큰 문제는 아님.”

“Beautiful area, friendly and helpful staff, best breakfast on our whole trip!”

“Great staff, service and food.. you pay for what you get and you can't get much better than this. My only small comment would be that they only have a fan as Aircon so might get hot during summer”

“Beautiful historic hotel with top notch amenities. very convenient, walking distance to downtown Killarney. bus and train system literally right next door. Warm inviting fire and fireplace right when you walk in helps create a warm and relaxing environment. Cocktail bar is very nice. Historical but modernized.”

“Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff.”

“What a unique place to stay! A 100% gem for sure. Loved every aspect of the old style rooms and B&B vibe. Great location too.”
