"En general el servicio de las personas es muy buena, son muy amables y te colaboran en lo que necesites. La habitación muy limpia, el único pero que vi es que en el baño no había jabón para el lavamanos y tocaba usar el de la ducha que era una tarro que estaba fijo en la pared. Tiene buena ubicación y queda cerca a la plaza principal y a varios restaurantes."

"not worth the money very average accomodations, roach infested rooms. useless bathroom jacuzzi was installed up against the toilette making the toilette useless. hundreds of pesos in hidden charges was charged for 5 glasses of ice. who does that????????way overpriced for the conditions at the hotel.. rotting fruit everywhere even in the pool...worst masseuse I have ever had..DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..GET BETTER MEALS AT A TRUCK STOP,,,VERY BAD FOOD "

"This place has it all. 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms with a pool with a sitting area. To spend just 1 night here was amazing and unforgettable. All the staff are so attentive and caring. Best money ever spent on a hotel. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings with impressive music and food and beverage. "The location is indeed an hour away from the airport, so keep in mind there will be several toll houses to pay when coming and going. The property never has hot water. Be ready for bug bites, which I believe to be spider bites. The breakfast and staff are great, but cleanliness isn't there. The rooms are never cleaned they only come in and make the beds and there is no sweeping or mopping or hardly take the trash out which is a factor that might contribute to the amount of spiders in the room....
