We had an issue with ants, the hotel was very apologetic and they gave us a different room. They also offer us free drinks as an apology. Staff were very professional and friendly. Plenty of free parking and easy access to the city if driving or using a bus if needed."

The pool is amazing being Olympic size. You do have to pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas, but that does mean they are available and not just covered in towels from 7am. But if you are planning several days around the pool the costs will mount up.
The hotel is a little bit out of the city centre and a taxi will cost about €25 each way. There is a bus but it takes over an hour. Best to have a car."
