"Although the location is somewhat inconvenient and room is a bit small, overall experience at this hotel was pleasant. I wish room was cleaned more often without asking and breakfast had more options but good service otherwise. Their Desi Chai is Excellent! Good have a bottle of water everyday as well. "

"The staff was absolutely delightful and helpful. The bed and pillow were super comfy. Probably the comfiest bed on my trip. The food at the breakfast as well as the restaurant (which included a limited menu 24/7 for room service) was excellent. The airport shuttle/taxi was on time and a very kind, friendly gentleman was my driver. I didn’t understand the directions to meet with him at the airport but he and the hotel waited for me until I could figure it out. (My phone died and I was quite tired.) First time at Mumbai! The hotel was clean and secure."
