"Séjour décevant au regard du prix payé. L’hôtel est correct dans l’ensemble, mais les prestations ne correspondent pas au positionnement premium/luxe ni aux tarifs pratiqués. Premier point important : la piscine extérieure est annoncée comme chauffée sur le site, et cela nous a également été confirmé à l’accueil. Or, lors de notre séjour, elle ne l’était clairement pas. C’est très décevant, surtout lorsque c’est un critère de réservation. Les produits d’accueil/cosmétiques ne sont pas au niveau attendu pour cette gamme de prix. Même remarque pour le café et le thé en chambre : bouilloire, sticks de café et sachets de thé très basiques, loin des standards que l’on peut attendre dans un hôtel affichant ce niveau tarifaire. Autre point frustrant : les photos mettent en avant des chambres avec vue sur l’hippodrome, mais nous avons eu une chambre donnant sur la route, avec une insonorisation insuffisante. En résumé : hôtel correct, mais rapport qualité-prix très décevant. Les prix sont ceux d’un établissement premium, mais l’expérience ne suit pas."

"Room was functional, Not overly spacious but adequate and efficient for the business traveler. A few “creature comforts” could make a big difference with little expense. How about a second bed pillow and bath towel? And an extra glass or two? (Only one ceramic cup and one coffee mug provided.) The location is convenient. It’s not clear why the window opening is so restricted -- maybe because the windows face a main street? Overall this hotel is fine. It just seems a shame not to go to a bit more effort to make a big difference in comfort."

"Ac was a little tricky. Roo was clean, but very small. Reception staff was lovely. A mini fridge/safe in room woul be nice."

"Very convenient and comfortable stay in Aix. The room is compact but thoughtfully designed and has everything you need. The mini kitchen was especially useful for preparing simple breakfast. The amenities are practical and well maintained. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the old town, making it easy to explore while staying in a quieter area."

"Excellent location for us to be able to catch an early train. Very helpful front desk staff. Intermittent WiFi and due to an holiday no restaurant were negatives for us. Easy rental car return access."

"The rooms are small, and the desk showed serious signs of wear and damage. They have bottles of all in one hand soap, body soap shampoo and conditioner, which seems like you are asking too much of a product."
